I spotted the first signs of #xylem-feeders in my garden at the weekend, with #spittle appearing on some hedge bindweed (Calystegia sepium). No sign of the #nymph responsible for creating it, but likely that #Philaenus spumarius will be setting up home. I submitted my sighting for the #BRIGIT project on the dedicated iRecord site https://www.brc.ac.uk/irecord/xylem-feeding-insects Please let us know if you spot any near you!
